Vinnie's Pizza Co. was created in memory of my little brother, Vinnie.
On 1st October 2025, our family lost Vinnie. He was only 22 years old, and his death left a hole in our lives that words can't really explain.
Losing someone you love changes you. There are days when you still expect to see them, hear from them, or have them walk through the door. Then reality hits again.
Vinnie was my little brother, and no matter how much time passes, he always will be.
After losing him, I needed something to put my energy into. Something positive. Something that could keep his name alive and give me a reason to keep moving forward.
That's where Vinnie's Pizza Co. came from.
Pizza was something I genuinely loved making, and what started as an idea to cook for friends, family and neighbours slowly became something much bigger. I decided that if I was going to build something, I wanted it to carry Vinnie's name.
So every pizza that leaves this kitchen has a little piece of him attached to it.
Vinnie's isn't just a pizza company to me. It's a way of remembering my brother, keeping his name alive, and turning something incredibly painful into something positive.
I want Vinnie's to grow, but I also want to enjoy the journey along the way. To build something that I can be proud of, that my family can be proud of, and hopefully something Vinnie would have been proud of too.
